My Philosophy

FlowithT believes in creating a supportive and nurturing environment where practitioners can explore the deep connection between breath and movement, unlocking profound insights and inner peace.

Get to Know FlowithT

FlowithT was created by Taylor Dominguez. An Arizona native, practitioner of different movement styles, and mom. With a background in sports, dance, and yoga, movement has always been the outlet for self-expression for as long as she could remember. Taylor found a love for yoga in 2016 and practiced asana (poses) heavily for a couple years, gaining strength, confidence, and new knowledge. In 2020 when COVID-19 hit, Taylor decided to take her practice to a deeper level, enrolling in Yoga School where she graduated with a 200hr YTT, certified through the Yoga Alliance; with this she discovered a deeper connection with herself and found a new inner peace she never knew before. At the end of 2021, Taylor became a mother, and being a practitioner but forever a student first, she decided to learn how she could bring this practice to our younger generations and fellow mommies. She enrolled in a Children's training course and graduated in 2022, being able to bring her new found knowledge to elementary schools shortly after. She then decided to take her practice a step further by learning Prenatal Yoga; wanting to help mothers move their bodies through the beautiful journey we call pregnancy and motherhood, and how we can embrace all that come with it.

Taylor incorporates good music, the smell of incense and sage, and a short meditation into her sessions. With her love for music, she has dove into a bit of sound healing via sound bowls and tuning forks. She has a deep love for the practice of yoga and what she believes it can bring to the mind, body, and spirit for the whole person experience.

Taylor finds that it is important we find the flow between surrender and discipline. Allowing breath to intentionally move the body as we grow through what we go through. Releasing. Creating. Being Intentional.

When we feel good on the inside we radiate it on the outside.
